CERTIFICATIONS
* Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Renewable Energy, Business or equivalent;
* Proven and solid background in a related commercial environment
* Project management qualifications (e.g. APM, PRINCE, PMI)
* Fluency in English is a requirement, Business level proficiency in Korean would be an advantage;
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint);

EXPERIENCE
* At least 6 years proven experience of managing and driving delivery of large scale €multi-million infrastructure projects;
* Extensive knowledge of wind energy and especially Offshore Wind Development;
* Knowledge of South Korea offshore Wind permitting and development processes would be an advantage
* Experience of leading a complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-national team;
* Strong analytical skill, self-motivated, structured and proactive working approach;
* Strong ability to manage own and team's performance, with a significant focus on delivery and an ability to balance a varied and challenging workload, whilst producing high quality results in demanding timeframes
* Strong self-performance management and delivery focus with the ability to balance conflicting requirements on quality, costs and time;
* Ability to value decisions between risk versus return to find the optimal way forward
* Ability to explain complex and detailed project issues in a straightforward way to a range of stakeholders;
* Hands-on approach, flexible, confident and with an open minded manner;
* Proven ability to persuade, challenge and build credibility at all levels and across functions of the business;
* Ability to be proactive and take responsibility for a wide range of matters, while responding to business demands;
* Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly for leading/participating in virtual teams drawn from across different functions;

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Be responsible for the health and safety of the project, for enforcing the principles and conditions client's policies and seeking at all times to ensure a safe environment for the project's staff and third-party individuals including the general public
* Lead and coordinate the development of Offshore projects until a successful final investment decision;
* Be responsible for all project management matters including project resourcing, schedule and budget follow-up in accordance with the project programme;
* Ensure project governance and control frameworks are implemented in line with client's project management processes
* Understand and optimise the business case together with your team;
* Represent client's Renewables on Offshore related topics at local and regional stakeholder events and work with regulatory and communication function to ensure project interests are promoted towards regional and national authorities;
* Manage project activity to build and maintain a stable and effective project team with links into the organisation;
* Ensure that the project activities during the development and pre-construction phases meet the project requirements and constraints, with project risks managed accordingly;
* Provide clear decision making and direction to the project to ensure client's value is maximised;
* Prepare presentations and represent the project team when reporting to the project Steering Committee, Project Shareholder Investment Committee and Project Board.
