Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support towards customer and project key stake holders.
- Lead the preparation of technical proposals as a central member of the Commercial Team.
- Matrix leadership of the technical team and all other technical disciplines necessary to establish proposals.
- Participate in building and enhancing customer relationships.
- Ensure development of high quality technical proposals including accurate cost calculations.
- Determine proposal requirements, scope of supply, and winning equipment configurations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferably in Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in tendering, sales or alternatively in a role with strong customer interaction
- Contemporary leadership skills including with virtual project teams
- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills in Japanese (Full professional fluency) and English (business level)
- Good communication skills and confidence with executive level and customer presentations
- Strong process analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills
