This role is required for a large program of work within End User Services .This project is a venture designed to revolutionise the presentation of applications to end users. To accomplish this goal, it is crucial to examine four key components: the (1) required service, the (2) technology facilitating the service, and, significantly, the (3) applications themselves. An additional aspect to consider is the alignment with the (4) North Star Programme of work, which aims to transform all applications by migrating workloads to the cloud.
The project intends to engage with all the relevant areas (End User Services, EA, Service Management, User Forums) to ensure a consistent user experience by designing a service that is intuitive and consistent for the users
And the candidate will be tasked with:
Using Data bricks for processing and transferring of data and exploring the data through machine learning models
Organising and transforming information into comprehensible structures
Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the user population as a whole
Performing statistical analysis of data
Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
Preparing reports and presenting these to management or stakeholders
Identifying and recommending new ways to drive efficiencies by streamlining business processes
Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data
Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
Key Skills/ requirements and attributes
Experienced Data Analyst, with experience of all of the above
A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise own workload within demanding schedules
Excellent proven written and verbal skills to present to management and stakeholders
Able to take ownership of problems and requests as well as the ability to work in a pressurized environment.
