About the job

Within the DAO, you report to the Group Leader to which you are affiliated for the "General and Specific Installation Studies" area which covers the following activities:

  1. Support for the definition of structures,
  2. The installation of systems and components and their modelling in the 3D model,
  3. Taking into account internal and external aggressions, radiation protection, safety and the human factor in the design of installations,
  4. The production of interface data in support of other professions (civil engineering, contracting, piping, systems, HVAC, etc.).
  5. Support for carrying out technical studies or analyses, in support of the preparation of responses to a Safety Authority (ASN, ONR, etc.) or to a technical support entity (e.g. IRSN),
  6. Support in solving technical interface problems related to installation studies,
  7. Elaboration of guide plans and preliminary installation plans,
  8. Creation of detailed plans in support of the different trades,
  9. Development of digital catalogues of equipment and components for integration into models,
  10. Production of different bills of materials and BOQs (hoppers, joints, anchors, etc.).

Rigor, autonomy and the ability to work in a team are essential skills.


Main skills: PDMS / E3D Designer - General Installation

Academic training in the operation of nuclear power plants as well as experience in design office in the nuclear sector are a plus.

Basic knowledge (or significant experience) in the design office and/or on site and in several engineering/production areas (mechanical, piping, safety, etc.) is required.

A good knowledge of AVEVA Software and AutoCAD 2D software is desired.

Ability to meet commitments and deadlines is essential, as are the ability to work in a team and be proactive.

Mastery of software: Office Pack, PDMS / E3D, AutoCAD

Industry Experience: Nuclear or Industrial

Language / Level: French, English (Technical)
