The Role

Lead geotechnical design across all project stages (concept to installation).
Design offshore foundations (e.g. monopiles, suction caissons).
Oversee and interpret offshore site investigations and lab testing.
Conduct installation assessments (driveability, drillability, cyclic loading).
Use advanced software (e.g. PLAXIS, LS-DYNA).
Mentor junior engineers and support business development.

About You

Proven experience in offshore wind geotechnical design.
Skilled in numerical modelling and foundation design.
Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Maintenance Technician
