Für ein anspruchsvolles Infrastrukturprojekt im Bereich Hochspannung suchen wir einen erfahrenen Site Quality Manager (m/w/d), der die Qualitätsaktivitäten direkt auf der Baustelle verantwortet und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Projektteam und Partnern fungiert.

🔍 Ihre Aufgaben

Sicherstellung aller vertraglichen Qualitätsanforderungen auf der Baustelle
Kommunikation mit dem Kunden zu Qualitätsstatus, Fortschritt und Abweichungen
Erstellung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung des Baustellenqualitätsplans
Koordination und Überwachung von Inspektions- und Testplänen (ITPs)
Steuerung aller qualitätsrelevanten Aktivitäten und Schnittstellen vor Ort
Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Non-Conformities (NCs)
Durchführung von Audits, Inspektionen und Qualitätsschulungen
Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Definition und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
Sicherstellung der vollständigen Qualitätsdokumentation und Abschlussunterlagen
Überwachung von Lieferanten- und Subunternehmerleistungen
Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen („Lessons Learned")

🧰 Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bachelor, Techniker oder Meister (oder vergleichbar)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Bau- oder Inbetriebnahmeumfeld
Erfahrung mit schlüsselfertigen Hochspannungsprojekten von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Qualitäts- sowie Inspektions- und Testplänen
Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentations- und Qualitätsprozessen
Gute Kenntnisse nationaler Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorschriften
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

⚡ Ihre Rolle

Als Site Quality Manager vertreten Sie das Qualitätsmanagement im Projekt und sorgen dafür, dass alle Qualitätsanforderungen eingehalten werden. Sie koordinieren sämtliche Qualitätsaktivitäten auf der Baustelle und gewährleisten eine transparente Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten - vom Kunden über das Projektteam bis hin zu Lieferanten und Subunternehmern.
