​​​ersg are delighted to announce a new addition to our team in Taiwan - Lisa Hsu – who joins as our new Taiwan Country Manager, based in our Taipei office.

Lisa has extensive experience in the Taiwanese recruitment market and an impressive track record.  Consistently demonstrating great management acumen, exceeding targets and breaking records, she is the perfect fit to help grow our Taipei office.  Lisa will be focusing on connecting the best local talents with global key clients and further engaging more Taiwanese clients through ersg’s collaborative and responsive approach.

Taiwan has emerged as a leading offshore wind power market in East Asia due to its ideal conditions for wind energy and the government’s commitment to developing the industry. As of February, 2020 there were 361 installed onshore turbines and 22 offshore turbines in operation, with a total capacity of 845.2 MW.  The offshore wind energy target is 5.5 GW by 2025 with a commitment to add a further 10 GW of offshore wind turbines capacity between 2026 and 2035.  With Lisa’s experience and market knowledge, ersg looks to provide skilled workers to help make this commitment a reality.
