A global web services company is looking for a facility management engineer to safely manage and maintain their global client's high tech IT equipment in Yokohama.
Based on your placement, you will be responsible for high-quality and safe facility management, building relationships with customers, team members, and subcontractors.
- Building strong relationships with next and existing clients
- Various operations related to facility maintenance
- Responding to daily patrol inspections and preparing reports
- Monthly and Yearly inspection planning and report preparation
- IT Troubleshooting
- Building management system monitoring, parameter adjustments, and alarm response
- Supporting facility restoration in the event of a disaster
Required Skills
- More than 3 years of facility management experience in office buildings, hospitals, hotels, data centers, R&D facilities, etc.
- Good knowledge and experience of electrical and mechanical equipment
- Those who have a high awareness of safety and legal compliance
- Analytical skills and communication skills
- Proven work experience of working in Japanese and English (around JLPT N2)
Preferred Skills
- Facility management experience at production plants (semiconductor, chemical)
- Energy management experience
- Project management, construction management, vendor management experience
- AutoCad experience
- 3rd Class Chief Electrical Engineer
- Piping construction management engineer
