As the maintenance staff of a wind turbine manufacturer, you will be in charge of the following operations at wind farm all over the country.

1. 風力発電設備の保守・点検業務

Maintenance and inspection of wind power generation equipment ・ Periodic inspection work (prescribed inspection work will be carried out based on the maintenance manual) ・ Daily inspection work (perform daily inspections such as visual patrol)

2. 風力発電機の修理・改良業務

Wind power generator repair / improvement work ・ Emergency repair work (when an abnormality or malfunction occurs in the wind power generator, the cause will be investigated and the trouble will be resolved promptly) ・ Improvement work (Implementation work to improve the performance and reliability of wind power generators)

3. 顧客対応
・定期報告業務、他 Customer support ・ Regular reporting work, etc.

4. 外部業務委託先の手配と管理
*外部委託先は、日本国内企業に限らず外国企業の場合もあります Arrangement and management of outsourced companies ・ When outsourcing maintenance work, (1) selection of outsourcer, (2) ordering, and (3) business management. * Outsourced companies are not limited to Japanese companies but may be foreign companies.

5. 予備品・消耗品管理
ナンスマネージャーとして新設のウィンドファームに赴任していただく場合もあります。 Spare and consumables management ・ Management of maintenance parts and consumables for wind power generators Through OJT, you will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills as a maintenance staff, and in the future maintenance You may also be assigned to a new wind farm as a nonce manager.

勤務地について: 北海道(稚内)、青森、秋田、静岡、高知、宮崎など

Work location: Hokkaido (Wakkanai), Aomori, Akita, Shizuoka, Kochi, Miyazaki, etc.


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
  • Verbal and written communication skill in Japanese.
