I started off on a desk servicing the largest account at the time and after consistently exceeding each quarterly target for the first year I was in a position where I could progress to a 360 role or carry on down the Delivery route. I really enjoyed the resourcing side of the job so decided to play to my strengths. The career structure for Delivery Consultants is very attractive and I am now a Principle Delivery Consultant.
The earning potential at ersg is high and with uncapped commission it is achievable to earn a substantial amount of money year on year. Other perks such as 4 incentives a year and early finishes on Fridays aren’t bad either!
