ERSG is looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, on behalf of our client. This is a permanent role, fully on-site, project location in North Wales.

The ideal candidate is expected to have Tunnel/Civil infrastructure project experience and live at a commutable distance to project location.

Key accountabilities:

• Establish and provide leadership in best practice in safety, health and Sustainability matters.
• Advise and support Directors, Managers and Supervisors to discharge their H & S responsibilities regarding their employees and others to whom they have a duty as defined by legislation and HUK procedures.
• Ensure management controls are in place so that all personnel are aware of their statutory duties and responsibilities and to provide advice as and when required.
• Take a lead with site management teams to ensure compliance with all requirements stipulated by HUK.
