Ensure the implementation in the local organization of the HSE Policies, Procedures and HSE documentary organization defined by ;* Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and codes of practice;* Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks associated with construction activities. Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks;* Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all personnel on-site. Ensure that safety protocols are effectively communicated and understood by all stakeholders;* Organize and facilitate safety training sessions for site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to raise awareness of potential hazards and promote safe work practices. Provide guidance on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and equipment safety protocols;* Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and environmental spills that occur on-site. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain detailed records of all incidents and accidents;* Develop emergency response plans and procedures to address potential emergencies such as fires, chemical spills, and medical emergencies. Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of emergency response plans;* Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to assess compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Identify any deficiencies or non-compliance issues and work with relevant parties to address them promptly;* Implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of construction activities, including waste management, pollution control, and conservation of natural resources;* Liaise with regulatory authorities, client representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on health, safety, and environmental requirements and expectations;* Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and other relevant documentation as well as all inputs for HSE
