Responsibilities:

• Asses potential investment, reviewing and processing investment documentation as well as assisting with loan documentation.
• Support asset/portfolio management activities as required.
• Receive updates from developer and partners regarding project status.
• Maintain all financial KPI's including IRR/MOIC/Project timeline for each project and at the portfolio level.
• Draft and maintain pitchbooks for fund raising needs or LP reporting requirements
• Prepare investment memos and financial models for investment committee, including due diligence checks
• Fund flow memo, and cash reporting for funds, as well as prepare liquidity management (actuals/future) via a fund flow memo

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related
• At least 3-5 years experience as Financial Analyst
• Proficiency in excel, ppt, and internal reporting
