Responsibilities

Track project progress and ensure all key objectives are met.

Liaise with contractor and suppliers on a weekly basis.

Review constructability of electrical and mechanical systems design.

Develop project scope and equipment requirements.

Cost management, developing and providing cost reporting.

Review vendor claims.

Requirements

7 years of large-scale construction experience or mission-critical infrastructure

Fluent in both English and Japanese (N2)

Bachelor's degree in engineering or project/construction management
