Description:
Enable EPCi contract for our client's project for the following scopes: Offshore Cable Installation (Array), incl. Cable Protection System (supply and installation) and Heavy Lifting (WTG+Foundation - installation only). Array cable sourcing and termination.
Define contract outline based on FIDIC 2017.
Define Scope of contractor work (what not to include)
Quantify premium for EPCi scope vs. value proposition
Define the mechanisms that will govern the contract. LD, milestones.
Key deliverables
- Contract outline for an EPCi contract incl. RACI model and control mechanisms
- Outline Execution organization with an EPCi contractor. Risk and opportunity matrix
- Sourcing strategy (Gate A)
- Decision material (EPCi vs. multi contraction)
Requirements:
* Sourcing experience
* Offshore wind experience
* EPCi experience
* Strong facilitation and communication skills
* Strong project manager skills
