ERSG is looking for an Offshore Wind Project Manager, on behalf of our client in Ireland.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of six years relevant experience
• Excellent leadership skills coupled with a track record in delivering large projects, with relevant experience in managing engineering and project teams .
• A proven track record of delivering significant technical (engineering or other) input to offshore wind projects.
• Experience of working independently from own initiative, taking ownership of work / projects and motivating team members to deliver team objectives or projects.
• Experience of negotiations and commercial ability.
