• 技術者に活動を割り当て、技術的なケースの解決策を管理します。
• サービスオペレーションマネージャーの延長として、技術的な問題に関するアドバイスを行います。
• サービスにおけるケース管理の専門家として活動します。
• ケース管理プロセスのプロジェクト役割のトレーニングをサポートします。
• メンテナンスチームに技術的な支援を提供します。

必要条件：

• 陸上風力発電所でのサービス経験があること。
• プロジェクトの要件に応じて現地とリモートの両方で柔軟に働けること。
• ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語ができること。

希望するスキル/資格：

• 有効なGWO認証を保持していること。
• 小規模なサービスオペレーションチームのリーダーシップ実績があること。

A well known wind OEM is urgently looking for an experienced wind service troubleshooter to support their service operation across Japan. The position is a travelling position and so you will be expected to visit wind sites from Hokkaido to Kyushu.

• Coordinates installation/commissioning activities, leading a team and ensuring adherence to processes.
• Supports Technical Escalation process by tracking incidents and identifying consistent faults.
• Assigns activities to technical personnel and manages solutions for technical cases.
• Acts as an extension of the service operations manager on technical issues.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert on case management in service.
• Supports training of project roles in case management process.
• Provides Technical Assistance to Maintenance Team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of servicing onshore wind farms.
• Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as per project requirements.
• Business level Japanese and English.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Valid GWO certifications.
• Track record of leading a small service operation team.
