motivating and coaching employees and management at site to improve HSE leadership and culture
- providing independent, expert, and professional advice and guidance to site management on all health and safety issues, actively participate in and promoting a high standard of health, safety, and environmental awareness and culture
- continued development of a safe system of work at RNO, including improving safety of machinery, maintaining risk assessments, relevant processes, procedures and instructions
- carrying out safety inspections, incident investigations and root cause analysis
- ensuring legal compliance

Qualifications Required:
- have relevant academic or technical background
- have completed IOSH course, NEBOSH General or similar
- can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years work experience with HSE, ideally in process/production environment
- good communication skills
