Essential Skills :
The professional will need to have experience drawing up the procedures (Inspections Test Plan & Quality Control Plans ) According to the specifications from the client.
The identified figure will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality level of the products delivered to customers by defining and applying the control plan through the execution of company STDs and specific customer requests, managing and coordinating the activities of external bodies/agencies.

Scope of work:

In accordance with the order requirements, it issues the necessary documents required by the contract and company standards (e.g. Inspection Plan, procedures/specifications etc..)
Plan, in agreement with PE/PM and Procurement, the activities required by the Inspection Plan and other contractual documents, also using external inspection companies.
Participates in inspection, testing, PIM and KOM activities (in the presence or absence of the customer/third party) necessary for the correct execution of the order.
It detects, issues and manages NCRs throughout the life of the order (including the construction site, up to customer acceptance), identifying causes, proposing solutions and reporting the need to initiate corrective actions.
It agrees and collaborates with the "Production Processes Quality" functions for production control activities and with the "Dossier Certification" function for the planning and completion of the certification dossiers of its orders.

Requirements:
Reading and understanding mechanical, electrical and drawings.
Complete understanding of the order specifications.
Knowledge of building codes and applicable international regulations
Knowledge of boiler making
