Responsibilities

• Attain construction estimates meeting approved cost, schedule, and quality criteria, while also overseeing their program-specific development and enhancement
• Accountable to maintain construction budgets with their program, speak to and provide an explanation of the overall cost structure
• Communicate with the team about construction cost constraint
• Collaborate with other departments to create and drive detailed cost plans

Requirements

• Have a proven track record with their cost-estimation and planned processes and procedures for complex large-scale construction, infrastructure, and data centre projects
• Fluent in Japanese (N1 level) and English (B2 level)
• Have knowledge of diverse construction techniques, coupled with a moderate grasp of electrical and mechanical systems
• Capacity to recognize and formally record alterations in construction scope and expenses
