Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Essential Skills

• Ability to use Microsoft 365 products to produce high-quality deliverables is a must.
• Experience of documenting business processes and creating deliverables that the IT teams can understand.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with working with Agile delivery methods.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English essential.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Jira software.
• Experience with Microsoft Project for light planning.
