Tender and Procurement Manager required with Offshore Wind experience to be based in Rotterdam, Holland. The ideal candidate will have experience with Tendering, Procurement, Contract Management, negotiating with WTG (Wind Turbine Generators) suppliers (essential). Experience of the FIDIC Contracts and the FIDIC Yellow Book is essential.
