Business Training Lead

Rates- £525 per day

Candidate's required/essential experience
* Seasoned trainer that is used to work in Agile & Waterfall manner
* Experience in producing material, design training capabilities
* Stakeholder management
* Motivated and enthusiastic personality
* Experience in utilities specifically electricity networks would be an advantage
* Experience of implementing of CRM systems as an advantage
Contract duration- 6 months initially, with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

Work with our implementation partners to:
* Ensure the education and training plan meets business and end user needs
* Ensure detailed Training Needs Analysis meets business needs
* Identify the most appropriate end user learning solutions
* Design learning solutions to maximise individual learning aligned to Networks Learning and Development strategy
* Reflect business process changes and changes to ways of working into education and training to ensure employee readiness for change
* Produce targeted learning materials, workshops and interventions for system and process training
* Conduct Train the Trainer sessions with Super Users to ensure readiness for delivery of End User training
* Identify and train any additional resources required for training delivery
* Manage scheduling, facilities and logistics for the delivery of training
* Support the delivery of all end user learning solutions to ensure their effectiveness, relevance and delivery of results
* Lead learning evaluation as a key input into readiness for go live
* Complete key gate deliverables documentation for review and formal sign off
