Origination Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Project planning for selection and acquisition of land for solar power plants and energy storage facilities
• Revenue projection and economic analysis based on the plan
• Presentation and approval acquisition from necessary internal approvers for the plan
• Management of processes such as connection agreements with power companies

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the solar energy industry
• Ability to analyse, improve, and make judgements about project profitability and economic feasibility using tools like Financial Models.
• Knowledge and experience in real estate transactions (experience in asset sales, M&A, such as SPC sales, is a plus).
• Business level Japanese and business level English
