Project Manager, Solar EPC

• Manage project specification and permit especially on construction-related requirements.
• Ensure permits are accurate and complete.
• Review and negotiate EPC contracts and subcontracts conditions as well as lead negotiations with contractors.
• Manage construction budget and schedule.
• Act as main point of contact between clients, internal, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Experience in EPC or Construction Project Management or Supply Chain
• Engineering background
• Professional English and Japanese language proficiency
