Position : Supplier Quality Manager

Position : Responsibility
The Supplier Quality Manager is a support function aimed at ensuring a monitoring evaluation and qualification of suppliers in database and ensure that they deliver products or services that is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.
Supplier quality manager is responsible for procedures related to supplier Monitor defined KPIs in supplier quality management.
Ensure an efficient supplier quality management approach.Initiate, coordinate, execute and follow-up activities related to suppliers' quality performance.
Manages approximately 30-40 supplier audits
Manages approximately 400 supplier non-conformances
Liaises with QHSE, Purchasing and Engineering to execute the tasks within the position's responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Neccesary Skills :
Fluent in English and Norwegian language - verbal and written Important competence.
Experience in audits, 8D etc
Project Management and methods
Knowledge of manufacturing processes Education and work experience
Relevant Bachelor / Master Degree or equivalent
Min 5 years experience as QA-, HSE- and/or risk manager from manufacturing, installation or offshore business
