Reporting to the Systems Planning Senior Delivery Lead the Customer Self Serve Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing the Customer Self Serve design and implementation plan in co-ordination with IT and OT teams
- Managing the developed Customer Self Serve plan
- Overseeing the ITT process
- Managing the selected 3rd party
- Providing oversight and management to the Muti Disciplinary Team assigned to delivering Self Serve
- Managing mitigation of identified delivery risks
- Reporting progress against plan to the Senior Delivery Lead
- Managing project budget including revision of forecasts
Required knowledge / experience.
- Minimum of 5 years managing projects
- Ideally experienced in delivering utility projects
- Experienced in manging large systems integration projects
- Experience in using Azure DevOps
- Experience in managing agile projects
