Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver the Foundation Package until handover, managing HSE, scope, quality, budget, resource, and scheduling.
• Oversee detailed design, safe fabrication, and delivery/installation of foundation structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce cost-effective foundation designs.
• Complete Request for Quotations, ensuring a quality yet cost-effective supply chain.
• Ensure timely project delivery, identify and mitigate delays and costs.
• Maintain high safety standards through intelligent design and risk management.
• Manage contractor safety and compliance with industry standards and legislation.
• Budget management, contract compliance, and support for variation orders and claims.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with the foundation package within the wider project.
• Incorporate lessons learned into future projects and support Procurement, Quality, and HSSE departments.

Qualifications:

• Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Naval).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant engineering projects.
• Project management experience with design, construction, or engineering teams.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering, including fabrication and installation.
• Experience in contract negotiations, project execution, and management.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international business environment.
• Location: Tokyo (willingness to travel internationally).
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese
