ersg is searching for a Project Director to complete a landmark renewable energy project in Mauritania. This role will see the successful candidate manage all phases of the project lifecycle (2-3 years), including but not limited to;Selection of suppliers/subcontractor.Delivery of the project in accordance with contractual and regulatory committments. Also, on-time and within budget.Act as technical contact to communicate across the EPC, OE, SPV and end-client.Ensuring EPC operates within the HSE policy.Commissioning and acceptance of the delivery of the project.Ensuring plant operates effectively throughout warrenty period.This role requires a extensive background in the delivery of Solar, BESS and Wind projects in addition to an Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Degree. EPC Solar Farm Electrical Supervisor required for a large-scale Solar Farm project based in Cork, Ireland. This is a freelance position starting ASAP on a 9+ month contract, paying €400 - €480 per day. The role covers multiple assets across Banbury and surrounding areas.Experience of working on utility-scale Solar Farms is a MUST, as is a good understanding of inverters and general maintenance skills. Onsite Construction & MEP / Intralogistics Manager (m/w/d) Project details:Start October 2025Duration ~ 10-12 monthsWorkload - fulltimeLocation: Sweden - area of Stockholm (EU citizens) Contract: fixed employment (no freelance - taxes will be paid in Sweden) This individual will be the single onsite lead responsible for coordinating, executing, and delivering construction, MEP fit-out, and intralogistics (storage & automation) activities for large fulfillment/logistics projects. They will act as the primary point of contact for organizational site matters, contractor coordination, and day-to-day progress control, while also liaising with the central Project Management team.
