I am currently supporting a major data centre project in Belgium and they are looking for a Construction / Civils Package Manager leading early works packages including utilities, groundworks, piling and foundations - setting the site up ahead of vertical construction. You'd be working closely with CSA, MEP and client teams on a fast-paced, high-profile build.

Key details:

Location: Belgium (5 days per week onsite)
Scope: Early works / Enabling works, utilities, foundations
Contract: 12 Month full Full-time contract
Rate: €900 - €950 per day all inclusive (travel, accommodation etc..)
Languages: English Required, (French/Dutch a bonus)

Some Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of early civil works: underground services, building pads, site-wide utilities (power, water, drainage, etc.), and structural foundations
  • Coordinate design reviews and ensure construction documents reflect site conditions and constructability
  • Manage and oversee subcontractors and vendors performing PUF works, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations
  • Interface with other package leads (CSA, MEP, BIM, etc.) to ensure seamless handover from PUF to main works
