Site EngineerRole OverviewThe Site Engineer will support the Construction Management Team in the effective on-site delivery of building projects. ersg are searching for a Contract Manager to deliver multiple Utility-Scale Solar Farms across Ireland. This role will see the successful candidate initially managing one Solar/PV project before supporting across several other projects over the next couple of years. Applicants will be responsible for;Working with Project Managers to manage risk and contract variations effectively.Handle contract negotiations across subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.Leading claims management processes.Managing and administering EPC contracts across multiple projects.Fostering a collaborative approach with clients, contractors and third-parties.This role will be a hybrid position with the expectation being home-based for 75%. The remainder of your time will be site or office-based.Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in managing Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects to FIDIC standards is essential to ensure the success of the project.
