Lead QS / Commercial Lead required for our client, a global project management consultancy, who is supporting the delivery of a large-scale Multi-billion Euro (€) data centre construction project in Charleroi, BelgiumThe role will take ownership of all the commercial and cost management of major construction packages, acting as a senior client-facing lead. Responsibilities include cost planning, estimating, procurement support, QTOs, as well as leading and mentoring a project cost team.Candidates must have extensive experience in quantity surveying or cost management on large, complex construction projects, ideally within data centres, life sciences, or similar technically demanding projects. Principal MEP Electrical EngineerOutside IR35Hybrid working Role PurposeThe Principal MEP Electrical Engineer will lead the electrical delivery of residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
