This role requires a strategic leader with extensive local tunnelling experience, capable of integrating design, procurement, construction, and client interface management under the highest standards of quality and safety.The MEP Manager will act as representative for all MEP matters, ensuring seamless coordination between disciplines, stakeholders, and the client throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP management within civil infrastructure projects.Proven experience in tunnelling projects in Norway.Strong knowledge of Norwegian construction regulations and tunnel-specific MEP systems.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.Demonstrated experience leading interface coordination meetings.Client-facing experience with strong negotiation and communication skills.Experience supporting procurement processes and evaluating technical/commercial proposals.High standards in Quality Assurance (QA/QC) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).Ability to work in complex project environments.Education:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
