A European EPC Renewable Energy Contractor are growing their presence in the UK market, building upon success in the Solar and BESS Construction space. We are searching for a Solar Construction Project Manager to spearhead their future success with previous experience of working on EPC Solar projects of 20MW or more. BackgroundThis role has been created to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of cash management within the company's treasury department.The business operates three invoice discounting (ID) facilities across the globe, and this role has evolved to place a much greater emphasis on funding analysis, reporting and headroom management. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual keen to build a career within finance and treasury. It would particularly suit someone analytical who enjoys working with data and wants to make a tangible, proactive impact on the group's funding, cash and headroom position. Responsibilities:Record and allocate customer payments accurately.Perform daily cash allocation and bank reconciliations.Prepare and distribute daily cash and receivables reports.Analyse aged debt reports, highlighting payment concerns and risk trends, working closely with the AR team to resolve outstanding issuesMonitor invoice discounting facilities, funding availability and headroom.Investigate and resolve issues affecting funding, including aged debt, credit limits, missing purchase orders and disallowed balances.Identify and escalate funding risks and opportunities, working with internal teams to maximise cash availability.Produce dashboards and reports to support cash flow, receivables and funding performance.Assist with audit requests and provide administrative support to the Finance team as required. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead HV construction delivery, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant and on-programme execution to approved designs and specifications.Act as the technical link between design and construction, managing scopes of work, technical queries, drawings, design changes and submittals while capturing lessons learned and coordinating technical interfaces with clients, DNO's and other key stakeholders.Manage electrical subcontractors, ensuring compliance with programme, quality, safety and contractual requirements.Drive QA/QC activities, overseeing ITPs, quality inspections, observations, installation verification, commissioning support and project handover documentation.Coordinate FATs, material approvals, procurement activities and project meetings, resolving technical issues, mitigating risks and maintaining programme.Conduct site inspections to monitor safety, quality, productivity and compliance with company procedures, client requirements and industry standards.Provide technical leadership, mentor site teams, maintain project records and reports, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and project delivery. ersg are searching for a Substation Commissioning Engineer to join a major contractor in the Irish Power, Transmission & Distribution sectors. This role requires someone with experience in commissioning ESB substations, and you will be working across multiple projects across Ireland.The successful candidate will be responsible for;Verifying all primary and secondary substation plant/equipment is suitable for a Declaration of Fitness.Conduct all on-site HV commissioning tests on related plant.Verify communications systems (SCADA, RTU, automation systems) are operational.Lead commissioning on protection and control equipment.Review and ensure comprehensive documentation of all test records.Develop and nurture the update of commissioning procedures and standards.You will have demonstrable experience in the commissioning of ESB HV substations. Qualifications will include a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, ideally Power Engineering.
