Delivery Team Manager - Proof of Values Location: Kristiansand or Stavanger Role Lead a cross-functional delivery team (SME, UX, dev, test) delivering IDEX Proof of Value (PoV) projects globally. You'll own the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent PoVs, ensuring each is delivered on scope, on time, and true to what was promised to the customer. You'll work closely with Sales, who own primary client communication. Responsibilities Plan and run multiple parallel PoV engagements from kickoff to handover.Coordinate SME, UX, dev, and test resources across projects, balancing priorities and capacity.Own scope and commitments per PoV - track what was promised vs. what is being built and delivered.Partner closely with Sales throughout each PoV, supporting client communication and taking on delegated client-facing tasks as agreed.Align with the broader IDEX development team to keep PoV work in sync with product processes, release schedules, and cross-team dependencies.Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders on delivery status, risks, and timelines.Identify and resolve blockers, scope creep, and cross-project conflicts early.Drive consistent delivery quality and process across a growing portfolio of pilots.Report progress and risks to leadership. Qualifications Proven experience managing multiple smaller projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail on scope and commitments.Experience leading cross-functional teams (dev, test, UX, SME or similar).Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills, including working alongside Sales/account teams and larger engineering organizations.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Formal project management training is a plus but not required. ersg are searching for a Contract Manager to deliver multiple Utility-Scale Solar Farms across Ireland. This role will see the successful candidate initially managing one Solar/PV project before supporting across several other projects over the next couple of years. Applicants will be responsible for;Working with Project Managers to manage risk and contract variations effectively.Handle contract negotiations across subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.Leading claims management processes.Managing and administering EPC contracts across multiple projects.Fostering a collaborative approach with clients, contractors and third-parties.This role will be a hybrid position with the expectation being home-based for 75%. The remainder of your time will be site or office-based.Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in managing Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects to FIDIC standards is essential to ensure the success of the project.
