This is a hands-on HR role supporting HR operations, employee administration, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and workforce coordination, with additional exposure to foreign employees and offshore operations.This position is well suited to an HR professional with experience in HR, Operations, Crewing or related administrative functions who is looking to develop broader HR experience within an international offshore wind environment.Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Employee AdministrationSupport day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding and HR documentation.Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information and personnel records.Handle employees' day-to-day HR enquiries and administrative requests.2. Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce CoordinationSupport recruitment activities, job postings, candidate coordination, interview arrangements and onboarding.Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners to support manpower requirements.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.3. Payroll, Allowance & Contract AdministrationSupport monthly payroll preparation by checking attendance, overtime, leave, allowances and other payroll-related information.Assist with employee benefits and C&B administration.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted on time.4. Employee Documentation & ComplianceMaintain employee contracts, certificates, training records and other mandatory documentation.Ensure HR documentation and records are complete, accurate and maintained in accordance with company requirements.5. Foreign Employee & Mobility SupportSupport work permits, visas, residence permits and other mobility-related processes for foreign employees.Liaise with external consultants, vendors and relevant parties to ensure mobility processes are completed smoothly.6. Maritime & Offshore Operations SupportCoordinate with Operations, QHSE and Training teams to support personnel deployment, training and compliance requirements.Provide administrative and personnel support for international employees and offshore personnel.7. HR Projects & Process ImprovementSupport training, HR projects and process improvement initiatives.Assist with other HR initiatives and day-to-day HR activities as required.We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Crewing, Maritime or Operations-related roles.- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international colleagues and stakeholders.- Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised, with strong coordination and administrative skills.- Basic understanding of Taiwan employment practices and HR processes.- Interest in an international working environment, the maritime industry or offshore operations.- Experience supporting foreign employees, crew or offshore personnel is a strong advantage.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a hands-on, organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.You do not need to be an expert in every area of HR.
