HSE Director- Bucharest or Prague

Required Experience:

*10+ years of progressive H&S leadership in energy, utilities, or infrastructure.
*In-depth knowledge of EU and CEE H&S legislation and compliance requirements
*Proven track record in managing H&S on utility-scale construction (EPC) and operational sites (preferably solar & wind).
*Background in power generation, heavy industry, or comparable high-risk environment.
*Involvement in international certification and audit processes (ISO 45001, OHSAS)
*Knowledge of EPC contract structures and their H&S obligations.
*Fluency in English (written and spoken)

This role could be based in either Bucharest or Prague. Would involve travel to sites. Would be overseeing the HSE team that is already in place.
