建設業界において、役員としての経験が10年以上ある方（法的要件）

経営・財務に関する実践的な知識と経験
日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
許認可の取得や監督官庁との対応経験

歓迎条件：

建設業許可に関する申請・更新業務の実務経験
新規事業立ち上げに携わった経験
英語またはその他の外国語スキル
