Fredericia, Fredericia Municipality Competitive Salary The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting safe execution of all site activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HSE support to site management and subcontractors during installation and fit-out works.Ensure compliance with local Danish HSE legislation, project requirements, and company standards.Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks; identify hazards and implement corrective actions.Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to HSE procedures.Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports.Support emergency preparedness and response planning.Promote continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance across the project.RequirementsProven experience as an HSE Advisor on construction or data centre projects (installation/fit-out experience preferred).Strong knowledge of EU/Danish HSE regulations and standards.Relevant HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent).Experience working with multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to influence and promote a proactive safety culture on site.Fluent in English (Danish language skills are advantageous but not essential).DesirablePrevious experience on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.Membership of a recognised professional HSE body.First Aid / Fire Marshal training.Working ConditionsSite-based role in Fredericia.Standard construction working hours with flexibility as required by project demands.ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
