Munich, Bayern Competitive Salary CSA Fit-Out Construction Manager (Contract - 6 Months)📍 Location: Munich, Germany 📅 Start Date: ASAP 📄 Contract Duration: 6 MonthsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced CSA Fit-Out Construction Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Munich. This role involves managing all on-site CSA fit-out activities, ensuring delivery in line with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, overseeing site operations, and ensuring project compliance across EHS, QA/QC, and programme milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesManage site safety in collaboration with the Project Operations Manager and EHS Lead, including setup and close-out of the safety fileOversee site QA/QC processes, including documentation setup and close-outManage all day-to-day site operations for CSA fit-out packagesCoordinate and track project schedules in collaboration with other trades and package leadsAttend and actively participate in daily coordination (whiteboard/DABS) meetingsParticipate in QA/QC reviews, ensuring subcontractor compliance with processesMonitor and maintain awareness of EHS, QA/QC, and schedule KPIsPromote and manage site reporting tools (SORs) to track issues and progressAssist in managing project costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, and variationsManage subcontractors, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and performanceLead and contribute to weekly subcontractor coordination meetingsManage the snagging and punch list process, ensuring timely close-outSubmit labour and subcontractor hours for central trackingAttend and contribute to site, engineering, planning, and handover meetingsOversee project close-out activities, including O&M manuals, safety file, and QA documentationPrepare and implement weekly look-ahead plansProduce weekly progress reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issuesCoordinate and track material deliveries in line with project scheduleMaintain a weekly photographic record of site progressCarry out any additional duties related to the roleCore CompetenciesStrong subcontractor coordination and collaborationAbility to manage multiple packages and interfacesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeEssential RequirementsMinimum 6-8 years' experience in site management and constructionProven experience in CSA fit-out supervision and installationDegree or professional qualification in construction management or related fieldStrong technical knowledge of CSA systemsExperience working on large-scale construction or data centre projectsWillingness to travel as requiredDesirable SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under tight deadlinesersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
