We are currently supporting a leading offshore wind developer in the search for a Transport & Installation (T&I) Package Manager to join a major project in Japan.This is a key leadership role, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of transport and installation scopes-from tendering and procurement through to installation, commissioning, and handover. You will operate within a complex, international project environment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest HSE and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full T&I package lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage interfaces across a matrix project organisation Oversee contractor engagement, tender processes, and post-contract management (variations, claims, negotiations) Drive HSE excellence, risk management, and budget control across the package Key RequirementsProven experience delivering T&I or construction logistics packages within offshore wind projects Strong background in offshore contracts, vessel chartering, and contractor management Ability to lead within a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and operations Fluent English; Japanese language and local market experience highly advantageous LocationPreference for candidates already based in Japan or operating within a similar timezone ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
