An international IPP is searching for an Asset Manager with experience of managing a portfolio in the EU and LATAM regions. Based in London, this role requires someone who can ensure suitable yields from their investments in the renewables sector (Solar, BESS, and Wind).The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting asset performance, managing relationships with key stakeholders (offtakers, landowners, and investors), and partnering with external parties (Site Managers/O&M Teams) to ensure asset downtime is kept to a minimum.Due to the LATAM element of the portfolio, it is essential that applicants speak fluent Spanish in addition to possessing a degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field. We are working with a Global EPC for large scale BESS projects occurring at the start of the 2026 year around the Manchester Area. We have a requirement for full project site teams ranging from Project Managers, Site Managers, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical supervisors and Project Engineers.The Project Engineer will play a central role in supporting the successful execution of BESS projects from early construction through commissioning. Job Title: Estimator - Civil EngineeringLocation: Lincolnshire Employment Type: Permanent Reports To: DirectorRole Overview:The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for civil engineering projects, ensuring that all proposals are commercially viable and aligned with project specifications and company standards.
