Role OverviewThe Senior Site Engineer will play a key role in supporting the Construction Management Team, ensuring effective on-site control and successful delivery of the building elements of construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager the Design Manager is responsible for the technical management of the building project. ersg are searching for a Contract Manager to deliver multiple Utility-Scale Solar Farms across Ireland. This role will see the successful candidate initially managing one Solar/PV project before supporting across several other projects over the next couple of years. Applicants will be responsible for;Working with Project Managers to manage risk and contract variations effectively.Handle contract negotiations across subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.Leading claims management processes.Managing and administering EPC contracts across multiple projects.Fostering a collaborative approach with clients, contractors and third-parties.This role will be a hybrid position with the expectation being home-based for 75%. The remainder of your time will be site or office-based.Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market.
