We are working with a well-established Building Services Consultancy with 27 staff that is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join its growing electrical team. This is a great opportunity for a technically minded designer who enjoys delivering high-quality electrical designs across a wide range of projects.
The Role
You will play a key role in taking projects from Stage 2 through to Stages 5 and 6, ensuring technical quality and design excellence at every stage.This is not a project management role. The company is looking for a strong designer who thrives on solving complex design challenges and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver detailed electrical building services designs across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and hospitality
Review and coordinate external consultant designs
Maintain design quality and technical accuracy across all deliverables
Work collaboratively with other disciplines within the team
What You'll Need
5 to 10 years of experience in electrical building services design
Strong technical design skills from concept to completion
Experience with CAD and ElecOM (Revit and Relux a bonus)
Broad sector experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality

Base salary plus annual profit share (package confirmed with Directors)
Choice of office base in Conwy, Chester or Liverpool
4 days per week in the office and Fridays working from home (most team members do)
36.5 hour working week:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00
Friday 08:30 to 16:00, or 13:00 finish twice per month when company targets are met
