Bromley, London Up to £28000 per annum + Annual bonus Backgroundersg are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to assist the Credit Control team in all aspects of Administration. Role and responsibilities:Processing customer paymentsCustomer credit checksProof reading of banking transactionsKeeping credit files up to dateLiaising with sales, customer service and invoicing teams regarding any queriesManaging all VMS clients, self -billing queries, payments allocations and accounts reconciliations.Other adhoc administrative tasks Skills required:Experience in a similar role or finance positionAbility to work on own initiative and as an effective team memberSelf-motivated and flexible with the ability to work in a busy environmentStrong organisation and administration skills with good attention to detailAbility to prioritise and manage workloadsNumerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal; confident telephone manner is essentialProficient with Microsoft packages - strong Excel skills is a mustAbout ersgSet up in 2008, ersg is an award winning, international leader in staffing services to the global energy and built environment markets.
