ersg are searching for a Contract Manager to deliver multiple Utility-Scale Solar Farms across Ireland. This role will see the successful candidate initially managing one Solar/PV project before supporting across several other projects over the next couple of years. Applicants will be responsible for;Working with Project Managers to manage risk and contract variations effectively.Handle contract negotiations across subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.Leading claims management processes.Managing and administering EPC contracts across multiple projects.Fostering a collaborative approach with clients, contractors and third-parties.This role will be a hybrid position with the expectation being home-based for 75%. The remainder of your time will be site or office-based.Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in managing Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects to FIDIC standards is essential to ensure the success of the project. ersg are working with a major Solar EPC Contractor. We are searching for a Solar Project Manager to spearhead their future success with previous experience of working on EPC Solar projects of 20MW or more. BESS experience would be extremely beneficial.This role will see the successful candidate managing multiple projects concurrently - core responsibilities include;Stakeholder Management - Subcontractors, Suppliers, End-Client/InvestorsProject Delivery to FIDIC frameworks.Controlling and maintaining budgets in a lean manner.Adherence to UK regulations (inc CDM15) - including delivery of project within H&S standards.Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline. Process Designer6 Month contract.Lysaker based AccountabilitiesDeliver process drawings with a high level of quality and within agreed schedules.Ensure effective collaboration between the Process and Design departments.Maintain quality, schedule, and budget objectives for assigned work.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital engineering workflows.Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and project requirements. Knowledge/Skills RequiredProven experience with P&ID software tools such as AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, AutoCAD, and similar applications for the preparation and maintenance of PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, and related process documentation.Strong proficiency in AVEVA Diagram and BricsCAD.Understanding of engineering data management principles and revision control processes.Ability to troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with system administrators to resolve them.Familiarity with project templates, title blocks, standards, and document management workflows.Understanding of data integration between AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Engineering, and AVEVA E3D.Knowledge of relevant industry standards and drafting practices. Qualifications/Experience Required Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Designer within oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.Experience in preparation and maintenance of process drawings and associated databases.Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. ersg is recruiting for a Solar O&M Technician on behalf of a major Solar EPC/O&M contractor. The role covers multiple utility-scale assets across Dublin and surrounding areas.Experience of working on utility-scale Solar Farms is ideal, as is a good understanding of inverters and general maintenance skills.
