Data Centre Build

I'm currently supporting a Construction Lead Supervisor (Ground Works) requirement on a major data centre project in Belgium, This is a contract role, 5 days per week onsite, where you would be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all ground works packages, including:Supervising excavation, foundations, drainage, and underground servicesManaging groundworks subcontractors and daily site activitiesEnsuring works are delivered to programme, quality, and safety standardsCoordinating with engineers, consultants, and the main contractorCarrying out site inspections, resolving issues, and reporting progressRole details:Belgium - large-scale data centre project5 days onsite€800-€850 per day12 Month Contractersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. I am currently supporting a major data centre project in Belgium and they are looking for a Construction / Civils Package Manager leading early works packages including utilities, groundworks, piling and foundations - setting the site up ahead of vertical construction. You'd be working closely with CSA, MEP and client teams on a fast-paced, high-profile build.Key details:Location: Belgium (5 days per week onsite)Scope: Early works / Enabling works, utilities, foundationsContract: 12 Month full Full-time contractRate: €900 - €950 per day all inclusive (travel, accommodation etc..)Languages: English Required, (French/Dutch a bonus)Some Key responsibilities:Lead the delivery of early civil works: underground services, building pads, site-wide utilities (power, water, drainage, etc.), and structural foundationsCoordinate design reviews and ensure construction documents reflect site conditions and constructabilityManage and oversee subcontractors and vendors performing PUF works, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectationsInterface with other package leads (CSA, MEP, BIM, etc.) to ensure seamless handover from PUF to main works ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
