Planner - Preparation CoordinatorA leading Waste-to-Energy plants in the Netherlands are seeking a Planner - Preparation Coordinator in the Overhauls department, you'll play a key role in ensuring that maintenance projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and above all, safely.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesOptimise planning processes and resource allocation for maintenance revisions.Develop and monitor detailed schedules while coordinating across various sub-projects.Work closely with project management to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment between teams.Provide support through data management and ensuring necessary facilities are in place.Identify planning deviations and proactively implement corrective measures.Report progress, deviations, and necessary adjustments to the project lead, escalating when needed.Take ownership of the preparation phases of revision projects-initiating, tracking, and reporting as necessary.Your ProfileYou hold an HBO-level qualification or are open to obtaining relevant training.You have proven experience in planning and scheduling large-scale projects.You are fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken.You prioritise safety and contribute actively to a secure working environment.ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
