MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESSourcing and supply chain:Establish a deep understanding of the market for the services, materials and equipment required for offshore wind projectsIdentify and assess the capabilities of potential suppliers to deliver projects needs on time, on budget, with the relevant performance and delivery guarantees.Expedite selected supplier's capability to deliver products and services according to Procurement:RFP management: Receive, analyse, tabulate bids, and prepare During the tender, other related activities imply the coordination of the internal stakeholders which are part of the negotiation such as legal or technical departments.Set out contractual documents that are fully compliant to support our business needs which are legally binding, mitigate any and all commercial risksSupporthandling/assessment of claims, acting together with the project management, team members, internal lawyers.Suppliers' management:Work with the Supply Chain and Local stakeholders to manage and develop solid relations with the related suppliers across the supply chain.Analyses trends and forecasts within the marketplace with respect to suppliers, price/cost, quality, availability and technological change.Understand supplier's capability to deliver products and services according to requirements.Drive appropriate suppliers' performance through effective PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years of experience with sourcing of goods and services, preferably related to renewable energy or offshore industries. Experience in other roles in commercial, legal, contract management, or tendering positions would be considered fulfilling with the below mentioned skills.Knowledge of procurement and supply chainDeep understanding of cost drivers, costs breakdown analysis,Knowledge of industry standards contracts will be Understanding of contract law (preferably FIDIC / BIMCO / LOGIC contract styles).
