Renewables Business Development ManagerDorchester | Permanent, Full-time Drive commercial growth across the offshore and renewable energy space. An exciting opportunity has opened for a commercially focused Renewables Business Development Manager to join a growing operation supporting offshore and renewable energy projects. This role is designed for someone who enjoys building markets, opening new client relationships, and converting opportunity into sustained commercial success. You will sit at the centre of commercial activity - shaping the sales pipeline, strengthening strategic partnerships, and working closely with operational teams to bring renewable-focused solutions to market. What You'll Be DoingDeveloping new business across offshore and renewable energy marketsBuilding and managing a strong, sustainable commercial pipelineEstablishing and deepening relationships with clients, developers, and supply chain partnersSupporting the development of bids, tenders, and commercial proposalsWorking closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from contract award into deliveryTracking commercial performance across an international asset and services portfolioPreparing and delivering presentations to clients and senior stakeholdersIncreasing market visibility through events, industry engagement, and targeted marketing activityProducing structured pipeline updates and commercial reports You will also play an active role in promoting safe, responsible, and high-quality operational delivery, aligned with strong QHSE values.
