ersg are working with a leading investor in Renewable Energy assets to hire a BESS-focused Engineer. This role will see the successful candidate join a market-leader to ensure the delivery of their growing BESS portfolio.Key responsibilities include;Being the lead person on technical developments in the Battery industry - supporting internal and external stakholders with technical comprehension of BESS.Identification and selection of BESS, PCS and EMS providers.Support colleagues through acquisition, JVs and project development stages from a technical perspective.Ensure FAT/SATs are completed.Ensuring delivery of projects in accordance with grid compliance.Candidates should have a strong background within BESS (upwards of three years), additionally any training with inverter manufacturers are a bonus. Test Engineer - SaaS (Web/Mobile) on Azure Location: Kristiansand or StavangerOne year ContractRole Test engineer responsible for validating quality, reliability, and security of commercial SaaS applications (web and mobile on iOS/Android) hosted on Azure. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, and domain experts to do hands-on testing and ensure features ship with confidence. Responsibilities Define and execute test plans for new features, regressions, and releases.Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile apps.Track, reproduce, and clearly document defects; drive issues to resolution with the team.Support non-functional testing: performance, reliability, and basic security validation.Participate in reviews (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria) to improve testability.Contribute to test documentation (test cases, checklists, release readiness notes). Qualifications5+ years (or equivalent) testing production software in agile teams.Experience testing commercial web applications and/or mobile apps (iOS/Android).Familiar with Azure-based systems and environments (deployments, logs, monitoring).Detail-oriented communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical roles.Good SQL skills and confidence working with data-heavy systems.Hands-on test automation experience, API testing tools. ersg are supporting a client in their search for a Solar O&M Technician to service a portfolio of sites including Commercial & Industrial properties, and utility-scale solar farms (up to 5MW). The role will see you covering Norwich and the surrounding area.Applicants should have experience of fault-finding and servicing inverters, SCADA, and MODBUS (TCP/IP). The need to interrogate comms issues is critical in this role.
